Store Hours
Our operating hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The store will close once all scheduled pet pick-ups for the day are completed. We kindly ask that all pets be picked up within one hour of receiving notification that your pet is ready, which will be communicated via text or call. A Late Fee will apply to pick-ups that extend beyond the three-hour window or occur after 4:00 PM.
While walk-in services are available between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, we recommend you call after 2 PM to confirm availability and ensure we can accommodate your needs.
The Importance of Vaccination
At Groomer Has It, your pet's health and safety are our top priorities. Vaccinations play a crucial role in protecting your pet from serious and potentially life-threatening diseases. Our business will ensure that pets are vaccinated against diseases such as Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, and Bordetella. Not only is it a safeguard for your pet's well-being, but it also contributes to a healthier environment for all pets that visit our salon.
Vaccination verification can be provided through email or paper records before your first visit or during your first consultation with us.
Matt Fee
For pets presenting with moderate to severe matting, additional time will be allocated for grooming. Please be advised that significant matting may incur additional service fees due to the extended duration and specialized care required.

We understand that not all pet owners wish for their beloved champions to be featured online. If you prefer that your pet not be included in any of our social media posts, please inform us at the time of booking your appointment or at check-in.
If an image or video featuring your pet is inadvertently posted and you wish for it to be removed, please contact us directly, and we will promptly remove the content.
